My current 8-5 is a working for a leading Robotic welding company( goal is to end that soon)!. 

I hear and see constant success stories from people that get deals left and right.And in all honesty, I started this adventure to make money so I can fund my own robotics research and build exoskeletons that can actually make this forsaken planet a better place.

but I knew that between the robotics and other stuff I could not figure out what you mean.. your a driven dude.. and I was one of the first to give you a little bit of tough love.. but once you cracked the code your a winner.. but then again you would win at any sales and marketing you just happened to chose real estate.

Not buffered against robots taking 30 % of the jobs.

People like to debate it like they are the Sharks vs the Jets but in reality it's The red Rock-em-sock-em robot vs the Blue one. 

Technology is changing and disrupting almost all industries and yet people will always need housing even if robots are doing half of our jobs)3.

And i will agree to eventual reordering of economic strata including paper money, how we work, who will own the robots that do all the labor etc.Near term our country (and money) is simply less bad (less debt) than all other major economies, which will add support to the dollar in the actionable future.More likely is all the debt will act to curb economic growth, kinda like a train going uphill, more debt increases the pith of the hill we have to climb and ultimately reaches a point where we cannot move ahead at all.Thats when the big war starts

China will NOT let their economy fail but will force people back to work & robotics are already in heavy use.

If that isn't you, best to come to terms with it and let the rules robots do the leasing.
