Its really super fascinating to see how much energy we, as humans, can expend on debating things that may or may not happen.

I should have it down to a science by day 90 which makes the book worth it all by itself.

Education, a formal curriculum of study, is the best way to learn a profession in arts and sciences, business and real estate are both an art and a science.

Now, you need to attract and enlist those who will see benefit in the project, add their value, and together bring the project to fruition.That may seem overly simplistic but it’s not rocket science.  

That would be a fascinating podcast.
