I currently work in the film business, distribution and marketing, I want to be financially free and out of the rat race within the next two years. 

I few times a year I write music for Film & Advertising, contributing to a few Stock Libraries when I can. 

When it dried it left a film on the countertop and though I wiped the countertops multiple times before move out and during move out he still charged me a $50 cleaning fee because he had to get someone to scrape up, literally with a plastic paint scraper, the film off the counter.

Planning, filming, editing, thumbnails, posting, answering comments, etc.

It is not and has never been a means of detailed analysis as Rich said in the first post on this page.In the film business, DPs (the guys who run the cameras) do a fast and dirty estimate of the amount of sunlight left as the evening grows close by counting how many fingers they can place between the sun and the horizon.

The music/food/film scenes in general draw people constantly. 

Maybe start with GA Film Commission or a local realtor that also does rentals.  

I'd market for small corporate events and porn film location.

I won that copyright dispute and the documentary film was re-instated by YouTube.
