And trying to distinguish the good vs bad TK providers is not that easy IMO Agreed with your comment mate.For those that want to go head deep into real estate investing I have always suggested to pack your bags and move to the area that you want to build a portfolio in.Make the sacrifice of a couple of years and live in a "boring" market, build the team and then if God willing you can leave with piece of mind knowing your investments will be looked after.I also know of many folks with relatives in cashflowing markets that invest from afar and this can also work as you have trusted feet on the ground that can be your "eyes and ears"Thanks

We still get the odd theft from time to time but it's easy keeping a finger on the pulse when we only do 3-4 rehabs per month or so.Just had one recently but couldn't tell you when it happened prior to that.It's just the nature of the beast and could happen anywhere.At least we don't get car windows smashed by junkies and bags stolen from cars in broad daylight like in San Fran haha
