As well, on a prominent syndicator, on his last deal,  offered Class A and B shares, and I'm not absolutely sure that I can divulge much about it but I will simply say that one is first in line in regard to seniority.I think the main point here, despite this little tangent, is that MF is not insulated from loss like the sector has some kind of magic talisman.

And my magic $ keeps moving.

I know this may not be what you want to hear, but sometimes there are no magic bullets! 

You can 'overpay' for real estate today and almost certainly be fine and profitable if you can let time work its magic.

If the Fed can waive its magic wand and support asset prices at will, then why did the Fed this very morning warn about asset prices potentially tanking?

This may spur inflation for a bit as it will ultimately all come from the magic money printing press, but it probably won't be horrible.

I don't believe there is a magic number. 

Real estate is great but it isn’t magic beans that are going to give you lottery style winnings the next day.  

Of course if we magically return to where we were then we will be where we were, but I don't see that happening.Owning still makes a ton of sense.

Some people would have you keep renting and save until some magical number they have created in their own head.
