McDonalds would not sell many burgers if people walked in, ordered a burger, paid for it and then had to pay the cook for his time. 

I opted for them to avoid the old CO issues we've had with the older tanks chimney vented & having hot water cooking all day in a 30-60gallon tank.

If you tend to cook terrible knives can really make this challenging. 

We need to revive Home Economics courses in our high schools that teach *economics* instead of cooking and sewing.

The long story short is the 8 unit has 8 gas meters for the units cooking, but the 9th meter is the house meter and fires and OLD furnace, I have all the utility bills including the bad winter months. 

The other, in Capt Cook, Big Island, had bugs all over the place and when we arrived there were people already staying there and they double booked.
