I think Nicholas and Travis are saying the same thing but just putting it differently and making it a little difficult for the concerned to understand his options.I think Dan's biggest constrain will not be the baby, but rather the fact that he is not seeing this as a business decision. if you are starting out of state you won't be there anyways, whats the baby and work point here?

Yes, this means that if the dog is in the backyard, they need to be in the backyard and have their dog on a leash so others are not 'shocked and awed' by their fur baby
