There is one model out there that pins likely outcomes to observed deaths which is likely more accurate but probably conservative in my state where we still are not sheltering in place.

Up high in a building, but not too high because long elevator rides are boring.In an area with things I like to do that are close.With reasonable parking available for guests when I entertain.And a rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge area would be nice.Plus a community workout room, and some kind of storage available for things like off season Christmas decorations, and etc...

Maybe I'm not quite experienced enough yet in scouring the MLS for deals,or maybe I'm concentrating too much on proximity to my residence, but from my observation, most of Michigan is closer to a .8-.9% ratio, with the exception of class C-D.

I am also sorry you felt forced to seek internet help, an obvious act of turning over all stones.However, you are also finding out, maybe for the first time, that seeking help on the internet is not something you are capable of dictating in all cases.I make this post to offer condolences, but to also offer the observation that you are currently in another situation outside of your complete control that you will only be able to dictate partially and it might be wise to understand that.
