I think how you physically carry yourself influences other parts of life 

I am not a "free market, all the time" guy because there's no such thing - the ultimate free market, one without any regulations, is anarchy - but society definitely has to strike a reasonable balance between too much government influence on the psyche with the reasonable need to prevent society from descending into chaos through poverty and resource monopoly.

I know there are many other factors that will influence success, but I think these 4 factors are most important. 

This is to curtail any possible influence from subjective parties.

Here are some of the things I have been doing myself that maybe you could try as well:Read Books: Over the past year or so I’ve read 3 books: Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and How to Win Friends and Influence People.

I am quite curious how a new judge completely outside of Toledo’s influence is going to overturn such a landslide ruling from a local judge.

I think it’s a terrible idea, let’s have an open platform devoid of any nanny-state influence.

This has the potential to completely wipe out the economy if some calming influence isn't brought to bear.

I think that picking a location to invest in comprises picking a region, a city, neighborhoods within that city, and then creating a list of local factors that might influence one's decision.
