The general public needs a governing body to oversee this stuff to protect the public's interests.

They let their guards down often and some feel like since they are carrying a weapon (knife, gun, whatever) ( they have the upper hand and can say and do what they want).The funny thing but not really is people tend to hardly every practice with the one thing they have with them at all times (their body).

some are happy as home bodys and such .. others want to travel the world..
