I wonder if the giant picture of President Trump in the Holton Wise studio is an appropriate displayed and wonder if the display might be a reason for such poor grades.

It's funny, I was up where my rentals are (CA/Oregon border near Mt Shasta), & was noticing that not only are 2/3-3/4 of the realtors female (and a number have been around for 25+ years), but there seem to be a whole generation of us in our @50s who are buying rentals as well.

Not to freak anyone out, but I think some borders for states might kind of close and or perhaps days a way from temp domestic airport closures, trains stations, bus stations.

It is showing up in migrants coming across the Mexican border.

The borders (both international and inter-provincial) of NB are closed to non-essential travel (there are checkpoints in-place).We appear to be 3-4 weeks behind places like Québec and New York: there are only a hundred cases of COVID-19 in NB at the moment and no deaths yet.We have student rentals turning over in May and June which are normally rented by now - but we cannot show occupied units and student are deferring the search for new accommodations until they know for certain there will be a fall semester. 

In the next couple weeks: I have planned 2 roof replacements, a cement border replacement, a privacy partition replacement, rebuild a gazebo, a fence segment replacement. 

The things that are the most frightening are these:#1 - Their sales pitch/techniques are so good I would say it borders on brainwashing.

You can't confine your Central Florida rental search to just the small borders of Orlando city proper.

Trying to preserve our monopoly to the detriment of consumers borders on unethical, IMO.That said, I'm a landlord for a living, I'm a Realtor because I love it.
