I am a huge influence on my team as should be expected and this point is a big one with me. 

Being influenced by your times is not really bad, nor are traits acquired from living in your own era. 

But curiously, as with anyone who has their name filled out in Zillow so it appears in their message, I type his name into Google.I find out he had been arrested for selling meth and driving while under the influence of drugs 2 years ago...no thanks.A woman comes to look at the house.

@Adam Lendi, honestly the carried interest probably has more influence on my decision as it has a larger overall impact on the net returns.  

We all have the bias from over-influence by authority to some degree.
