Building technologies that allow for flexible floor plans that can be easily changed along with low maintenance and high energy efficiency is where I am trying to define a model. 

I am going to focus exclusively on becoming an expert in using technology to help real estate investor do more deals.

Several trends are occurring as a result of the economic restructuring and impact of technology on virtually every type of business.

I have always been a fan of heat pump technology for my own personal use albeit I don't know what I don't know on it.  

With the technology RE is getting harder and harder to need realtors. 

LOL, well, I am technologically deficient, just saw an ipad watch thing, Dick Tracy didn't have it so good.

American stocks are hold up only by a few technological companies, and the market capitalisation of some of them is absolutely surreal (for instance, Tesla).There are also several important risks looming over the stock market, like antitrust proceedings against Facebook, the approval of a Google tax in Europe, or huge fines for not complying with data privacy regulations.

Too many electric technology and smart phones are here.

I mean, if you want to do it right and have great internet, furniture, certainly comfortable chairs, and build-out for conference room option, private office options, kitchen area, proper technology, etc. 

Sorry to say, but if agents don't start acting in clients' interests; at least newer/younger clients (like me) will start using technology instead which is going to start wiping out lot agents jobs.
