Excluding some areas with higher property taxes and the wonderful RITA tax (long as you don't live in this state you will not know the pleasure of this), its very economically diverse.

I'm thinking this probably excludes SFR - Quads but I could be wrong.Within each city on that chart, there are many surrounding towns where rent performance will vary dramatically.

Also few of my investor friends mentioned that Insurance liability does include what they exclude from liability standpoint certain times if a contractor (who possibly may not have workers compensation or insurance if injured) then insurance will not cover that liability.
