Excluding some areas with higher property taxes and the wonderful RITA tax (long as you don't live in this state you will not know the pleasure of this), its very economically diverse. 

Is there any criteria you have set up that automatically excludes Turnkeys from the Latest posts list?

IKEA's counters are all close to the same price, excluding the stone counters.

I'm thinking this probably excludes SFR - Quads but I could be wrong.Within each city on that chart, there are many surrounding towns where rent performance will vary dramatically.

Let me give you a simple example: standard 20/80 conventional loan, monthly payments excluding maintenance is $3000.

This excludes closing costs, future repairs, etc., but you get the idea. 

Also few of my investor friends mentioned that Insurance liability does include what they exclude from liability standpoint certain times if a contractor (who possibly may not have workers compensation or insurance if injured) then insurance will not cover that liability.
