That is a luxury not enabled by many professions!

I only bought to sell for a profit, eventually enabling me to buy nicer properties closer to home.

Otherwise I am going to sell my current home which will enable me to get a house.  

I'm very motivated to figure out a path to purchase my own investment properties to enable me and my family to have a better financial future.

In fact the tax sheltering is the same but there is less need as appreciation can be extracted without it being taxed until time of sale.

That's not a crutch that will enable you to hobble to success.

It’s guiding our investments because we actually set a target ($100,000 passive income as a couple in the short term and $150K+ in the long term) and are currently building the seed capital that will enable us to hit those targets.
