So i have been hearing alot of doom's day talk  from friends and news outlet that we are in another bubble due to the low interest rate set by the FEDs.  

I just needed an outlet to share.  

But let me use houses in my area since that is most likely where I would be starting out.

Wall flowers don't go very far in the belly to belly business of RE.. just a fact.

North Conway has multiple ski resorts within 30 min, the Outlets, and some of the best hiking in the state. 

I've found an outlet for properties down to $75k asset value and $55k loan amount, however the rate and origination fees tend to be higher.

Not ever seller will value this, but when they think about it some might...and for some it will be a big relief.When I was thinking of buying in Bay area 20 years ago and there might be 70 offers on a property, people got real creative with what they did to woo sellers...flowers, wine, airline tickets, vacation stays, etc. 

How would I wire each unit and should I offer broadband via CAT5 outlet or wifi as well?
