Hi everyone,I was wondering whether you think it is a good time to invest in multi-families in Manhattan (ranging from 3 to 20 units) or neighbouring areas. 

Talk to your insurance provider and also get the name and insurance info from the neighbour who had the fire. 

Italy, Greece etc... 

Especially as resources tailored to us are less abundandant than our neighbours down south.

My property is in a class B neighbour hood.

Do your due diligence in regards to whom your potential neighbours are in some areas.

This is the base setup for area for househack- hilly area- a one or two story building- the house has alley on the back or on the side- plenting space for parking, if it can fit 10 cars, that would be the best- house with 10k lot, dont househack if house has only 950 sqft in size- has adu, and/or has basement- the distance with neighbour is bit far from each other

Greece, Webster, Irondequoit- for example a 3 bedroom 1,.5 bath can rent for $1400+ depending on the condition. 

Some of your neighbouring states like Georgia and Alabama have some good value.

It helps make your expectations clear and will keep your neighbours happy if they abide by the rules.
