Maybe buy one for a dollar, and offer it to a homeless Italian person with a handful of garden seeds and a hammer and a saw (I wonder if Italy has many Homeless People who are not refugees like France has--what a Horrible problem they have in France with this.)Also it's so Odd in America with Section-8 being handed out like Candy to so many, that there are any homeless people in America.

They keep us legal (not saying there aren’t bad seeds here and there, they’re everywhere in every business).

After having a tenant in the place for about 2 years, she started to plant the seed on selling.

I’m trying to talk to as many people as I can and soak up as much info as I can.I also recently started doing yoga every night to keep my stress low and keep my mind sharp.So with all that being said, what does everyone do on a daily basis to keep progressing in their real estate journey? 

Plant seeds, offer value, and results/ leads will come from it. 

I want to use this OD as my seed money for when we visit the US later in the year possibly  going there May -June and staying through until to August- September.I have been searching non stop these last few days on Redfin Zillow and Trulia Mostly concentrating around New Jersey and upstate New York in and around Albany.I have a sister in-law living in Somerville Nj and good friends living in  Schenectady NY I have looked at  a few places that I like and even messaged a real estate agent in Albany  asking for more details  on the property ( no reply as yet)  i think has potential.

I suppose the same could happen if you make a large investment in the "seed" stages (is that what it's called) of an up and coming business and have a say in how it is run and other decisions.

Best advice I can give you to land that first deal this year is to stay in these forums, dig into these blogs, soak up as much of the podcast as you can, be willing to work for free and take action!
