I just took my recoverd  down payment money from one unit and made an offer on a 37 unit self storage facility.

Lots of people I know are cashflowing single family homes by renting to short term tenants or turning it into an assisted or sober living facility.

Once you told me you have REITS that invest in nursing facilities.  

You'll typically see them partnered with traditional Self Storage - meaning those Facilities offering Storage Units for folks to store their household treasures AND on-site parking spaces for Boats, RV's, company trucks, etc. 

This is just the tip of the iceberg...I like single family homes because they are affordable, available in my market, command good rents, and have less maintenance of people and facilities than multifamily.

I have a heart for the elderly and also plan to do SFRALF (Single family residential assisted living facilities) but now you've made me be open to thinking bigger/differently... 

The facility has not produced much yet and they don't have any other operating facilities and wrote:I believe contracted public orders will begin in October.

I researched the area, there’s also Mercedes production facility nearby.

One of the things I've come to enjoy in California are Korean Spa-Sauna facilities. 

I reduced prices slightly and marketed to longer term short term stays (really close to medical facilities).
