I am currently doing some property maintenance and repairs on a privately owned senior care retirement facility with 100% occupancy with 12 residents.

It is a sober living facility with 56 beds.

I would venture it's due to companies like Continental Tire opening their $1.4Billion dollar plant, Amazon popping up several data centers including the "Last Mile"  facility amongst others.

I have found a storage unit facility for $215,00 in TX that I would like to purchase but I'm struggling to find a lender that will loan that amount. 

For a luxury condo/apartment we usually have supplied washer and dryers, and sometimes for a standard apartment also, but some apartments just don't have the room or the facilities for washer and dryer. 

Can a non USA citizen own property in USA looking at Seattle, Can I benefit from any credit facilities there to invest in property or as a non citizen I will have to invest 100% of my private capital, Is there a specific state that  that is friendly to non Citizens to purchase properties and lastly what is the legal procedure to follow when it comes to owning a property in USA.
