I focus most of my efforts on that and at least in my eyes I’ve perfected it a little bit (considering I also have a background in marketing) it’s the idea of working smarter not harder in the day and age of technology.

Hey Christian - considering you want to consider being virtual you pretty much have to think of yourself as a tech company - how can you solve everyday problems everyday wholesalers are having and using technology to do it since it’s harder for you to go to these properties physically.

It is still archaic if you think about it in terms of technology.

My initial thought is being able to "inspect" damage or a repair by having someone video it and send you the video, or you could watch live and ask questions.Second thought is having typical security cameras in common areas and being able to remotely review footage when someone has a complaint, at least to get a sense of what's going on.Seems like with modern technologies there should be some clever approaches that make remote management easier...Speaking of which, @Ryan Swan, there are electronic locks you can put on a door such that you can give a person a one-time code, and you get a record of exactly when they entered and left.

I didn't know much about Baltimore but I went to the showing and half a block from the house Coppin State University bought 6 city blocks and were breaking ground on the new science and technology center. 

Funds are not an issue but I'm starting a commision based technology sales job and would prefer the security of a lease option until I feel more comfortable in the job.

He doesn't use state-of-the-art technology, pretty basic tools and most of the time its just him explaining.
