So anyone can put together the courses and sell them just like any other RE Guru out there teach their tips and tricks.

This isn't about the 1% rule, we could  be talking about a full multi year workup of income and expenses.

I'm curious which of the books you've read and why you didn't like them? 

The City interactions, engineer, architect, will all be new to you, but the builder and architect can guide you. 

For example, if you profit $50K, you have to reinvest the full $50K into the replacement property to fully defer taxes.
