The city has set up a "heritage trail" that includes the island as (so a local legend supposedly states) the first part of Pittsburgh that George Washington came to when he first surveyed the area before the French and Indian War.

This may include heritage trees, easements, setback lines, CC&Rs, slopes of lots (topography), ordinances, zoning, critical environment features, etc.  

A little more manual intervention involved for Bank of America, but they do have a free mechanism to download transaction activity to Quicken.I also have banking relationships with BB&T, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Palmetto Heritage Bank, First Citizens Bank and TD Bank.

I haven't had any luck with Heritage Trust or First Federal. 

I've already interviewed with Keller Williams, and will probably set something up with Heritage Texas Properties to meet. 

The is also the Ohio heritage home program available in most of NE Ohio, which will do free color consultations / advice on maintenance / curb appeal, that sort of thing.
