It's so easy to get distracted by shiny objects, but it’s those routine tasks that keep everything moving forward.Do you have any specific tools or systems you use to stay on track with those daily tasks?

Ahem.When I first read the GDP stat I assumed that California's high ranking was because of it's size, but then I looked up GDP per capita and California is routinely ranked in the Top 5 GDP per capita in the country as well. 

Most of them may not be looking to divest some of their assets right away but its great to just have them as part of your routine of following up with your network especially as the market goes through changes. 

Routine maintenance turning into a full blown project.The guy ends up taking 3-4 weeks time to complete, he's a ****ing ******* the entire time, my cheap *** should have fired him and hired someone else, but the debris and work he produced was probably gonna cost me $5-10k now, instead of $500 it should have.

So at this point the seller's contractor (who has been providing me with routine updates) has repaired / replaced what was found in the areas that the pest company identified active termites. 

He would be a "holdover" tenant, and I really don't want to do the eviction routine, as my property is currently listed for sale! 

Hi All,I have bi annual maintenance plan with one big HVAC company paid about 200$ a year for summer visit and winter visit who inspect HVAC system and do routine maintenance and provide me report with all items of concern and what is working well etc. 

If you're going the umbrella insurance route, perhaps see if it will cover you for several things including just the routine slip and fall (like mold or earthquake).

Don't worry about minor complaints, you are doing a fine job.Just one question, ALL sites have a delay in data from MLS updates, and from court reported information, and so on, is that a function of a monthly update routine or can the information be updated a little more frequently?
