I mean think about it they make 10k for giving out tools that can be gotten many places for free and rehash old ideas etc .. and then you dont need to fund anything and take on risk.

I’ve found that just acknowledging that upfront with tenants goes a long way in building goodwill.As for giving tenants some input on the schedule, when it’s feasible, it’s been mostly positive in my experience.
