Will grab size if we test sub $100 and leg in on the falling knife.

There is a 2 acre parcel on the market near my house, and I am so eager to find a way to grab it assuming the zoning checks out🤔🤔🤔.I am also back to networking hard, mostly to come across what my next play will be on the 9-5 end. 

It's not uncommon for people to try for money grabs with landlords- Just had this conversation the other day with a friend of mine just getting in the game, same situation. 

@Josh Lewer I was actually just thinking about grabbing a few books lately so I'll grab one of those to start and love the podcasts so I'll check it out

@Min Zhang thank you will keep that in mind and definitely grab those books!

We plan on being  long distance owners/mgrs and can't imagine findng & hiring someone to rent a truck, drive around and grab furniture on a onesy/twosy basis, particularly within a reasonable timeframe to not delay launch. 

Don't forget to grab the sack lunch that is slightly better than what you get while waiting in booking at jail. 

I have personally used the BRRRR strategy to grab those returns over 60 times here in Memphis and I still own those properties and others.

We'll have to find time to grab coffee soon since we're both in Tampa.
