I get a lot of newbies asking me what are the key ingredients in being successful in the real estate industry.

First of all, it is Hemp, (not Cannabis), Hemp does not have the psycho-active ingredients that get you 'high'.   

A work ethic is absolutely a requirement to success...no doubt.But I think another often overlooked ingredient to success is passion.If what you do is a labor of love you'll never stop.

Luck and a propensity to take risks when you have more money than you will ever need are ingredients to get there in most of the cases I have seen.

Action is a key ingredient.
