And if that doesn't include consultation to answer questions and talking about tax strategy ideas, maybe just a reasonable hourly rate for that?

Now you may argue that the renter always saw that as part of the rent but it is only now airbnb is hiding their cut in the total cost of the rental and there is a marketing reason for that.

This is expected after 10 years.Depending on age of cabinets they cannot charge for refinishing them (Evan though that is a very reasonable quote).There needs to be more info provided in why the sink needs replacing.  

That said, there’s a reason almost every successful business (from Google to the mom-and-pop shop) are incorporated.  

They are reasonable.
