This has probably been iterated already, but definitely consider joining your local MAREIA, there are tons of free or affordable events with local investors and soon-to-be investors. https://www.mareia.comHappy to connect with you as well, I'm a Baltimore resident and local investor. 

That's why prioritizing those same characteristics in investing will leave you in the dust.You're buying a house in the next 15 years for it's inflation agility properties. 

The cool thing too, is that after just a month, it becomes routine, your mental agility stays in tact, and now you are able to crush anything in your way (so to speak).

The interviewer might have known it.....er or maybe not.  

I can only imagine how much work this was to put together so I ask this knowing full well that it may be a huge lift: Would it be possible to have the next iteration have Insurance, tax, CapEx, and Vacancy for 2010 in addition to 2018?  

I live in Alexandria, VA and have been consulting government agencies for the last 10 years within the IT space as a Project Manager, agile coach, and business development account lead.
