I have zero problems with people who take section 8 and admit that if you're a property setup to do so and have polices and staff around taking section 8, it can be a money maker

We have 14 units - I sent an email 3 weeks prior to April 1st asking if anyone was affected by COVID19 and I also linked everyone the unemployment information put out by the State of Ohio.One week out from April 1st I reached out to everyone personally and asked if they were affected and if they thought they'd make rent on the 1st.

I already have land w infrastructure going in for another venture and thinking about the tiny house rental on it for a temp light cash making but if you search VRBO/AirbNb for comps you’ll see they aren’t heavy cash makers, mostly due to the smaller season.
