Its a great all inclusive tool that allows for lead capture and automated campaigns for follow up!

What i really like is the automation.

I think it's quite a brilliant approach; I'm a huge proponent of leveraging data and automation to streamline processes. 

Just be sure to tell the DA (directory assistant) person that you need three numbers, or you may get transferred to an automated system for the first number and lose your chance at the other two numbers.

More and more, our guys are implementing CRM systems to better track their leads and automate much of the follow-up.There are inexpensive web-based CRMs like Zoho (https://www.zoho.com/crm/) and Podio (https://podio.com/) but you'll have to do a lot of customization.REIMobile (http://reimobile.com/) is a decent low-cost solution (from Lead Propeller) that is already tailored for RE investor processes.And don't forget Top Producer (http://www.topproducer.com/) which is used by many agents & brokers.  

I love it and it fits well with my lifestyle and I like the fact I can run my business any where in the world, automate it, scale it and keep growing my passive income in real estate without the typical headaches of rentals, etc.  

So much for automation.

But I get that it's part of having an automated business.

Somewhere in the process of canceling the coaching or whatever, a few weeks later I have now started to get calls from the Alex system, which is Michael Quarles automated call center.

Yeah, I've got all the prices and labor broken down by job, I used J Scott's forms to create an automated price sheet.
