The tenant is an adult and can decide and let you know.

Adult Learning isn’t a one size fits all approach. 

They are adults and know the process.If they haven't paid by the 9th, I'm serving a 3-day Pay or Quit Notice through the Sheriff.If they still don't pay, I file in court and they receive a Summons from the Sheriff.That's it.

I rent to roommates, but our city limits the number of unrelated adults in one unit to 3.  

I would view a family of 2 adults and 2 kids as preferred tenants over a couple, an uncle and a friend just from the standpoint of wear and tear from multiple adults, stability, etc.

Familial status is protected but legal interpretation of that statute means kids, not unrelated adults.

If college students are going to cram 5 full-sized adults in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home you'll get a lot of wear and tear, parking is a pain, noise complaints in a family neighborhood, the occasional kegger, etc.

On top of that, every adult in the home would get $1200 plus $500 per minor as part of the stimulus.

Half of my adult life I have been a renter, and nobody ever came in with a camera when it was time to inspect.  

She also had a mentally handicapped adult child and a son who never married.
