When I think of appraisals I think of beanie babies...how did those work out for folks?!

Big future demand as the baby boomers are aging.

I did a high-end maple hardwood floater on the house prior, and while I loved that too because it was beautiful (and what the space needed), it was more expensive and you had to really baby it.Just got done putting in luxury vinyl for the first time and may have found the be-all-end-all.

With that being said, does anyone have any experience hiring a contractor/gc to "baby" us through the process (show and help us to pull permits, how to run proper plumbing, framing etc) from start to finish?
