I met another older couple who would buy the first new home in a housing project and put up with all the trucks and dust, because they would get really good financing with the builder.

Then the 4-profit-doom-preachers slinging everything from MRE's to bugout bags, bunkers or just to buy their programs.

This all stems from a lack of understanding the stock market and the fairy dust people take fees to sell you that may sparkle at one time and look like rust (if there is even anything left) after things plunge.

Probably keeping my Iowa properties, but packing my bags and moving to Florida in 2023.
