When they're interested in a house, we collaborate on researching it, and I tour the house to take photos and videos that I put in an online album for them. 

Additionally, the purple line is slated to have a station at Riverdale rd and Kenilworth and another one in Langley Park (depending on your risk tolerance.)

My only comment would be who cares about living near the purple line do you know a single person that is trying to commute to New Carrollton? 

I'm currently looking at the Fort Washington area (fairly cheap SFH's, 25 min commute to DC) as well as the area between College Park and Silver Spring where the Purple Line Metro will be running.

Shooting for regular grey is tough as your home can come out blue, purple, green, pink etc.
