To be a big time wholesaler you do need to be vertically integrated and you need significant capital for lead gen..

Compare a few direct booking websites/tools and you'll see that most are exactly the same: simple, templated sites with a front-page search/map, property-specific listing pages, and integration with a payment processor, like Stripe.

I agree with many others who have said they love the concept, but unless the data has a high degree of accuracy & integrity, it isn't worth the "paper" it's printed on. 

Calling someone out and blatantly telling someone they are wrong in "Public"  when they are not, is an attack on ones integrity.

Most people have integrity however I think it would be better to first have a signed purchase agreement.

Time will tell if the words are backed by action and integrity. 

Either way you need to operate with honesty and integrity and look to serve others by helping them solve their problem and not try to take advantage of anyone.

You are doing damage to your brand, integrity and reputation.
