Seminar attendees - this is especially true if you live in a city like Orlando where every know speaker comes and gives presentations.

A complete search is going to include some phone calls, even if the property is in Orange County, Florida (Orlando and area) which is an amazing resource; other counties are a nightmare to work through.  

I'm going to be buying at least 3 doors in the area this year.Do any investors in the North Florida (Jax, Orlando) area have any referrals or recommendations for good management companies.

There are so many quality multifamily events out there, it really comes down to what you're looking to get out of it.I believe the biggest meeting of the year is the NMHC annual meeting usually held in January and alternatives which coast it is held on (Orlando or San Diego typically).

But flip side is many conventions have been cancelled here in Vegas and I hear same for Orlando.

It's a lot of stress dealing with them but perhaps an idea is for me to take a few weeks off, visit them in Orlando, and get a sense of the potential in the area for investing.  

People have been predicting that here in Orlando too, but I’m now not sure this WILL occur.
