All the local fabricators were cheaper to deal with directly than Home Depot which was 50+ psf for most samples at least on their price board.

Get a sample and try to scratch it with your nail, coin, key, etc.

It wouldn't be crazy to agree to pay more than the appraised value, but that methodology can be taken to an extreme (and often is with turnkey companies dealing with OOS investors) because . . . they know they can?

When that 3rd year comes, the new cert is valid...I hear it can get pricey because of the materials needed and the formal inspection samples that need to be sent out.Happy to chat if you guys want.

While I don't expect this to make a huge difference in $$ from one investment, if it gets the kids excited about investing and checking in on the stock, it's worth it, and they will hopefully go on to learn much more at a much earlier stage in life than kids that fail to get this exposure.For older folks, I think it's just all about repetition and an understanding that if you take a random sampling of the population, 95 out of 100 are going to look at you like you are crazy when you tell them that it is possible to build significant passive wealth in 5-7 years or so.

The quality just wasn't good and even though the samples they have posted seem to depict the level of creativity and quality of design, the end product was nothing like it.

Might anybody have a sample contract that a bird dog might use to secure his/her interest in the property if the investor purchases it?
