Growth possiblities- Huntsville metro will probably be taking the #1 spot for population soon, but there are still a large healthcare system here in Birmingham (UAB), manufacturing, and facilities that are still coming to the metro area.

No more foreign aid?

Right now, my main concern is if the health care rules do change (lets assume similar to the two proposed bills) how does that look to affect Medicaid and the ability to find clients?

Not anymore, Detroits tech, banking, government, healthcare, hotel and hospitality sectors are also beginning to bloom.Let’s face it, no other market in the U.S. offers the same “bang for your buck.”

The proximity to the major health care system & universities is a plus.

It is the Service Industry (restaurant, nails, dry cleaners, small retail shops, gyms, elective health care etc) that has been severely impacted.  

The purpose of the social distancing is just to slow the progression to avoid overwhelming the healthcare system.

As for banks, I am not sure on this front, but I don't think they'll be holding out too long unless they themselves get more federal aid.

No way that the state will assign a will to the family as the family should have had an estate plan in place.A family member will have to decide who will represent the estate as the Personal Representative and petition the probate court for Letters of Administration since there was no will..Legal aid from the local county courthouse can assist with filing court mandated paperwork or recommend a probate attorney.

There are a handful of hospitals within 5 miles of the area and there is big need for travel health care professionals over there.
