These are trained to do a task, you can ask what task they perform, but not about the handicap.

They do not have what it takes upstairs to do the work, and they frankly have lousy hands, the kiss of death to any tradesman, but an especial handicap to any tile professional.

You can't evict them because even if the case goes to court, the judge won't allow you to evict a handicapped, senior couple, who happen to be victims of a mortgage fraud.

By selecting the most qualified candidate applicant, based on your screening qualifications, and by doing so eliminate a applicant with any type of handicap animal you are not discriminating.If, based on the flexibility of the guidelines for screening, a landlord can not find a way to exclude any and all applicants they wish, without openly discriminating, they have not thoroughly screened.If you do your job correctly you should have no fear of having broken any rules.

For someone in a wheelchair, this might mean needing a handicapped unit, or someone with claustrophobia to be able to live on the first floor to avoid the elevator.But, you don't get to keep the family rottie just because you got in some landlord's face and waved around a service dog vest and certificate and letter he bought off Ebay.And remember, it's all about "reasonable" accommodation.
