I thought it would be more effective if the card was for one of those training courses, education workshop, house tour, or meet-up.

@Austin Takeda I’ll echo what @Sean McDonnell mentioned in the duplex-esque MIL-suite, which is a huge part of the rental market (both short term and long term) here in Pensacola.Where you might find an advantage is forcing a garage, workshop, or shed into an “auxiliary dwelling unit” (see local code).
