Sadly, there is a large percent of people, I think, who enjoy the power of being a landlord, and abuse it. 

Sadly, you can't trust anyone. 

In addition, the sad thing is that many bureaucrats have not idea the impact of their actions on business.

Coming out of college I will already have 3+ years of industry experience and sadly, that is the main lesson I have learned from that experience.

It is really sad and heartbreaking when someone spends their hard~earned money on some program that just enriches the founder of the program.Unfortunately, this will continue until the end of time.

This seems to be the standard practice at all these guru events now, from all the tv flipping guys. very sad

The sad part is that these poor returns don't even have to do with financing costs which will be an issue in the future this is simply poor performance by inexperienced operators.  

(and yes, stay the hell out of seattle;   sad to say as my first and probably nicest investment property is there,  but I'm not buying anything else inside city limits)

I'm sad to see you leave OKC, it's a great town.

Which is really just sad, cause what they don't realize is they traded their integrity for a few thousand dollars and slightly quicker paycheck.
