Good news, I made it real clear of my rentals and flips, and the CEO and President said they loved it.

I’ve found tenants respond better to tough news (your rent will be rising) if there are some options.

If so, good news/bad news is that you can invest in anything you want without restriction.

But maybe you both want financial independence, more time together, world travel, matching sports cars, or the opportunity to pour your lives into the welfare of others less fortunate.

Hi Edgar,If you go to JC Penny and get a dark blue sport coat (with gold or silver buttons) with some light grey pants and a light blue shirt with buttons on the collar you can fit in pretty well in most places. 

He cannot even get to a judge until June, and then the courts will be so backed up, it could take months to get his tenants evicted.Also, my local news reported that 1 in 5 market-rate apartments are missing rents right now, and nationally it's 1 in 3.

My calls to the County have gone un-returned to date.I've read in the news that some coastal areas are considering regulating which appeared to imply there were no/few regulations at present but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.Thanks!
