You have an MP3 player in your truck?

My kinds of tenants arrive with 3-4 people in a pickup truck and 6-8 large plastic storage totes in the back. 

I need some swagger magic and a new truck.

.* compensating for their small manhood (women carry too)* Afraid/scared* a “little man” (again, women carry too)* have a superiority complex* some other negative thingThe same things are said about people who drive big trucks.

They ride trough the city with confederate flags on their truck or stickers on their cars insulting liberals and honestly think they are making a statement.

Make sure your turn in to the gate will accommodate an extended cab truck with a long trailer to get off the road.  

Time I hit the old exit to the great beyond, my kids would inherit the business and could spend whatever time needed paying down the last 20 years of properties, or keep on trucking and growing the business to things I can only dream.My 2 cents

One unit is a truck driver who is only home on the weekends.  

This is why I employ licensed HVAC guys who run their own business out of their truck.  

Plus since you have 2 monster employers in the area so you have some easy ways to find people with money around you.
