Understandable.Yet in many cases, people with disabilities are often placed in the same bad bunch of apples posed by those who simply run into financial issues.I've even heard people say, they're reluctant to rent to people with section 8 due aTo the assumption, we will neglect our property.

Drop off a few feral cats, SPCA would love to give you some "barn cats".

I specifically had them include the foundation, site-prep and utilities costs to make sure it was an apples to apples comparison and I was surprised by how low the estimate for cost per sqft was. 

You could probably find one for $300-400/month2) Look for someone with a barn or pole barn and rent from them.

On a side note, I have 45 acres with a barn, septic, water installed, and home already designed and engineered coming up for sale in the fall.  

Rent them the barn! 

And probably isn't a big selling point for anyone on BP to want to hire you to manage their properties.I do like the barn doors, though.

There is also Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.
