not sure if anyone mentioned it.. but i was in a meeting today ( currently in Charleston SC looking at my projects here) and at our meeting we had some in depth conversations regarding zoning overlays that were mandatory to allow Air BNB and or daily rentals. its not a given in Charleston that zoning allows for this type of use.If you have not checked this I would add that to your due diligence laundry list
