Every child should see a father go to work each morning  

Mind you I am a full time college student also working full time with a child on the way.

FYI: the government is giving $1,200 per person, $500 per child, unemployment benefits up to their full salary, and perhaps more.

Eviction legal process is extended, requiring longer notice times before a petition can even be filed at the court (at least 2 months to get a warrant)   Judge can issue a stay of said warrant for UP TO ONE YEAR for "financial hardship", which includes inadequate child care.It's just really frustrating. 

But I have to take some kind of action now, or I'm going to be stuck with a mountain of student debt and child care costs that are as much as a second mortgage (without the rental income!).  

Open up the floor registers and clean them out, this is not only good for your HVAC system, but also will reveal things like cigarette butts (unauthorized smoking), pet food (unauthorized pets), and the occasional kid toy (this is okay, since finding a barbie shoe or the missing lego will make a child happy.) 3.

I finally was able to schedule it and i did it when our newest child was 4 weeks old.

As I mentioned to Carlos, I am currently undecided as to whether I plan to stay in the Bay Area for more than 5 or 10 years (I am from the East Coast), and therefore I am not sure if I will be here long enough to enjoy the home appreciation.

Almost makes me want to have another child.

I do have one child that is a vegetarian because of this.....small price to pay for high quality meat.
