I don't say that to be negative, but all policies will favor tenants and tax the investment; either you play ball with institutions/HNW or get the F out and sell to them.

Again you mention that they 'vetted' the Tenant, so they did their part, they ran a background check on Tenant, they don't have a crystal ball and they are not the ones destroying your property.
