I was in Paris a few years back and we took a tour out to the Champagne region once you got out of down town area the freeways heading out was lined with Tent cities for miles.. 

I also gave a bottle of champagne at lease renewal .

As well as being super innovative and cost savvy, we can make things look like champagne on a beer budget.

@Fatima Champagne   Did not screen tenants well, but thankfully no unpaid rent.  

Tenants are paying rent on time and 100% occupancy going into the winter months--crack the champagne!
