You can also join Canadian REI forums focused on BC, they’re great for networking and spotting deals.

That being said, don't focus as much on the commission amount and put more focus on the agent, how long they've been in the business, and their experience.

I am a big believer in investor-focused agents because they understand the product, the numbers, and the mindset of the people they serve.

That said, I would like to eventually focus on one strategy to master once I get a clearer picture of the pros and cons of each.I would greatly appreciate any advice for beginners the community can offer, and I'm looking forward to connecting with others!
